Joe gives the best service! A few years ago, we ordered a very large blind for our back patio doors. We had an issue a few days ago and Joe made sure that a service tech came out within a few days. He fixed the issue within a few minutes and there was no charge. Joe takes care of his customers even after the sale. I highly recommend him!
